Jennifer Kryshka

Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer is a lifelong feminist who has worked in the Jewish community for over 17 years. She joined JWF in 2014 as Chief Program & Operations Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in January 2019. She is honored to work on behalf of women and girls alongside JWF’s passionate trustees. Jennifer sits on the sisterhood board at Congregation Kol Tikvah, and currently co-chairs the Florida Women’s Funding Alliance steering committee. She is a former board member of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and former board chair of NARAL Virginia’s League of Young Leaders.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Philosophy & Literature from University of Central Florida, and earned an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University. She lives in Parkland with her husband, Chris, and two children, Ezra and Ayla.


Talya Lerman

Chief Program Officer

Before accepting the CPO role with us, Talya was the Development Manager at the Kravis Center of the Performing Arts and oversaw their Young Friends program. Previously, she was Director of Education at the Armory Art Center and served as Tour and Volunteer Coordinator at the Norton Museum of Art.

Talya was born and raised in West Palm Beach, is a graduate of Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and now sits on their Alumni Relations Committee. She earned a Bachelors in Business Administration, Management from Northwood University.

Whether as an employee at a non-profit, an independent curator, or as a patron of the arts, Talya has been closely involved in South Florida’s Arts and Culture community for over twenty five years.


Jacquie Shapiro-Iglesias

Director of Finance and Operations

Jacquie Shapiro-Iglesias attended Keiser College for Business and Computer Network Administration before attending Le Cordon Bleu for Culinary Arts later in life. She has a varied career in both corporate administration and operations as well the food and hospitality industry. She has been working for nonprofits for over a decade and has found it to be the most rewarding, both personally and professionally. She has been a proud staff member of JWF since December of 2017.

Jacquie was born and raised in South Florida. She was first introduced to philanthropy from her grandmother and has always had a heart and passion for helping others. Growing up it was instilled in her to always help others and be kind.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and learning and improving ways to live a more natural, sustainable, holistic lifestyle. She currently lives with her family in Palm Beach County.
